Maia Salholz-Hillel is a research fellow and PhD candidate in health data sciences at the QUEST Center for Responsible Research, Berlin Institute of Health at Charité. Her research focuses on the evaluation and implementation of responsible biomedical research practices across Germany’s university medical centers. Prior to her doctorate, she was a science policy fellow at the Science and Technology Policy Institute in Washington DC and science diplomacy intern at the US Department of State. She studied neuroscience at Dartmouth College (Bachelor’s) and the Berlin School of Mind and Brain (Master’s).
