Wilson Cyrus Lai researches within the organizational behavior area at INSEAD in the aspects of social and evolutionary psychology.
His current research activities focus on three aspects: 1- [Interlacing] Interpersonal relationships and cultural values, on how their behaviors and decisions can affect an organization. 2- [Integration] Power and status, studying its relationship in negotiation and conflict resolution setting. 3- [Integrity] Ethics and morality (stereotype and discrimination), as well as upholding research integrity; utilizing scientific methodology to study science itself (the science of science).
Wilson holds an Executive MBA from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences, where he researched and studied culture in entrepreneurial adoption. Additionally, he obtained a Master in Innovation from Singapore Management University, and a Bachelors of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Adelaide, where he was valedictorian and graduated top in his cohort for both degrees.
Wilson is a Ngee Ann Kongsi Scholar and aims to use his research to bridge the domains between academia and industry. Before joining INSEAD, Wilson was working within his family business and consulted for various multi-national corporations.
