Jennifer (Jenny) Kirsch has almost a decade’s worth of clinical counseling experience, specializing in the treatment of trauma. For the last several years, she have been focusing her research on trauma treatment, wellness, burnout, compassion fatigue, supervision and professional quality of life. She joined Virginia Tech’s TRES team as a summer graduate assistant, working toward developing a literature review of higher education strategies for teaching reproducibility, replicability, and open science methods to graduate students.
