JK Flake is an Assistant Professor in the Quantitative Psychology and Modelling area of the Department of Psychology at McGill University. She is also the Assistant Director for Methods at the Psychological Science Accelerator and a technical advisory panel member at the Enrollment Management Association. Her research interests include the development and application of latent variable models for use in educational and social psychological research, particularly psychometric and random effects models. She is also interested in developing transparent and rigorous measurement practices for large-scale and replication research.
