Nicholas A. Coles is a Research Scientist at Stanford University and the Director of the Psychological Science Accelerator. He received his PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 2020 and completed his postdoctoral studies at Harvard University. Nicholas’ research focuses on (1) the social, cognitive, and physiological processes that underlie the conscious experience of emotion, and (2) methodological reform that improves the reliability and efficiency of scientific endeavors.
