I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Data Management & Analysis Team for the repliCATS project, and part of the MetaMelb Research Group at The University of Melbourne. I have a background in behavioural ecology, using systematic reviews and multilevel models to study behavioural variation. I care about improving the reliability of academic research, and am currently working on committees for the Society for Open, Reliable, and Transparent Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and the Association for Interdisciplinary Meta-Research and Open Science.
